The space
This unique container home offers an industrial aesthetic coupled with homely comfort. The purpose-built, single-level design features one cozy bedroom furnished with two plush beds and fresh linens, suitable for four guests. Our fancy full bathroom is well-stocked with essential amenities for your convenience. Step into the kitchen arena, a culinary enthusiast’s delight, equipped with modern appliances: a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. With dishes, silverware, and cooking basics provided, meal preparations become a breeze. In contrast to the artful interior exudes the captivating beauty of the outdoor area. Enjoy views of a serene ravine from a spacious deck that functions perfectly as an outdoor dining area– equipped with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining area–perfect for enjoying meals under the Michigan sky. The fire pit is ideal for cozying up to during chilly evenings. For your furry friends, we welcome a maximum of two dogs, ensuring they too, have a memorable holiday (sorry, felines are an exception). We've aimed to provide every amenity to ensure you have a comfortable stay. This includes Wifi, TV, air conditioning, heating, hangers, and iron. Practicalities are taken care of with the availability of a washer/dryer combo and a equipped kitchen. Safety is paramount; hence the property is installed with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher.

We really enjoyed our time at the container. I felt secluded there and we loved spending time on the deck. Super close to loads of activities for any taste. Great selection of restaurants and hiking spots. I would love to visit again, perhaps before the weather starts to cool down and we can enjoy more of the beach scene. Amanda

We enjoyed our stay at “the container”. It is everything as pictured, very clean and well appointed. <br/>I would not hesitate to book here again! Lovely spot. We really enjoyed the space and ammentities! It looks exactly like the photos and I can confidently say my favorite Air Bnb we have ever stayed at. <br/>We didnt mind the area, as we are from South East Detroit lol <br/>Lots to do and see. Great food, coffee and activities in the area.
