Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood 2 blocks from lively downtown South Haven, our home presents the perfect balance between exciting city life and a tranquil home setting for all seasons. This home boasts five invigorating bedrooms decorated with impeccable taste. Starting with a large suite featuring a deluxe king bed and a private bathroom outfitted with a soaking tub. In the second suite, make yourself at home with a queen-size bed and an exclusive bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each have queen-size beds, while the final bedroom caters especially to children with playful bunk beds. Sleep comfortably with our hotel-grade linens and indulge in the provided toiletries in our clean and modern bathrooms. The expansive kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking enthusiasts. From a coffee bar for early morning delights to easy-to-find labeled basics for your fine dining dishes, you will find everything you need. And the house comes with crystal clear TV, WIFI, and a PS3, for keeping evenings cozy and entertaining. But our South Haven haven isn't just about indoor luxury. This was a beautiful and spacious home for our party of 7. We also liked three location a the close proximity to downtown South Haven.<br/>When we had an issue, Tom was responsive and gave a thoughtful reply.<br/>The home was spacious for all of us to have our own spaces to enjoy the holiday and get solitude when we needed it, The hot tub worked perfectly, which isn’t always the case in some places. Would definitely recommend and come back! Tom's place was perfect for our Christmas gathering with family. We had kids ranging from 3 years to 12 years and the space was perfect! Wide, carpeted stairs, a "game" area, bunkbeds, and a hottub. The yard is fenced in and there is a basketball hoop and ball. The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed to cook a big Christmas breakfast. Every coffee maker you could want, 2 ovens, and a big fridge. A big washer and dryer so the towels were always dry for another hot tub dip. A big dining table and even a craft area with glue, scissors, and paper. We loved the durable surfaces and cozy pillows and throws. Very walkable to downtown and the ice rink. Hope to be back next year! Samantha

We had a great time at the place. The location was easy walking distance to downtown, but not a busy or noisy road. The outdoor space was great with our kids and relaxing for the adults. The house was quite spacious and well laid out. We would definitely recommend the place.
