Less than 15 minutes from downtown South Haven. Enjoy everything downtown has to offer while being able to escape to your own peaceful retreat.

Open concept main floor with 2 living areas, a dining area, a full kitchen and a half bath.
Upstairs you will find a full bath with a bath tub, a primary suite featuring an attached bathroom and large sliding doors with views of Lake Michigan, and 2 more bedrooms.
There is a small washer and dryer located in the primary suite bathroom.
Outside there is a screened in porch with a table for dining al fresco, a patio with a wood burning fire pit, and a private beach access just down the street.
Guests may use the entire home and the association beach.

This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood on a bluff of Lake Michigan. There is a private neighborhood beach for guests to enjoy.
The driveway has 2 parking spaces. Please do not park in the street.
You can walk or drive to the neighborhood beach access, which is located in the SW corner of the association. (Take a left onto Orchard Lake Dr from the home and the gate for the beach is down the road on your right.)

sharing a few tips for future visitors:
The beach was nice to enjoy the sunset and play a little in the sand, but not the most ideal for little kids to swim!
The house doesn’t have a grill or baking sheets - so just plan ahead when deciding what food to bring!
The house is on well water (as most homes there are I assume) and they have filtered water via the fridge, but would recommend picking up a case of water for ease! I went with my grandparents and 2.5 year old son and had a fantastic time. Great place for a family vacation! Charming and cozy home that was just as described. We enjoyed our stay and loved walking the beach! Tom was very responsive and proactive with communication as well. We would stay again if return to South Haven. Beautiful home and neighborhood, well maintained and with all of the expected amenities.
