Open concept main floor with 2 living areas, a dining area, a full kitchen and a half bath.
Upstairs you will find a full bath with a bath tub, a primary suite featuring an attached bathroom and large sliding doors with views of Lake Michigan, and 2 more bedrooms.
There is a small washer and dryer located in the primary suite bathroom.
Outside there is a screened in porch with a table for dining al fresco, a patio with a wood burning fire pit, and a private beach access just down the street.
Guests may use the entire home and the association beach.

This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood on a bluff of Lake Michigan. There is a private neighborhood beach for guests to enjoy.
The driveway has 2 parking spaces. Please do not park in the street.
You can walk or drive to the neighborhood beach access, which is located in the SW corner of the association. (Take a left onto Orchard Lake Dr from the home and the gate for the beach is down the road on your right.)

We had a wonderful vacation at Tom's place! It was the perfect oasis tucked away from the busier towns. It was a short drive to South Haven and Saugatuck, where we could do some day shopping, check out other beaches, and get groceries. The private neighborhood beach was never crowded and a nice walk from the home. While the home is not directly on the beach, the walk was not far and there was road access that made it easy to transport heavier beach items. The house was very clean and came with amenities that made the stay easy. Tom did a great job communicating with us leading up to and throughout our stay. We highly recommend other families check out this property for a Michigan getaway! Comfortable and relaxing stay! We enjoyed the home and took advantage of the neighborhood beach access. The hosts were helpful and responsive - highly recommend! Very peaceful location. We didn’t have to reach out to Tom for anything as everything was communicated along the way or with instructions throughout. We enjoyed our time in this beautiful location. Close to the SouthHaven and Saugatuck beach scenes, but a little removed for peaceful evenings and walks. We were very taken with the variety of wildlife around the house!
